Spawn (Fake) Border 1.1.0 for Minecraft 1.20

Update for 1.20 and some small bugfixes

• Dying and Disconnecting now updates the world border
• Being in a moving boat now correctly updates the world border as you move even if your not driving
• World Border is now expanded to account for lazy chunks

Spawn (Fake) Border 1.0.2 for Minecraft 1.19.3

Put in some more considerations in that I didn't realise I'd need to do.

• Added dimension-checking consideration (Don't send a fake border about "The Ends" ""spawn chunks"))
• Made the Nether border scale appropriately
