Context

There are few bugs in the "DBS Check" form, preventing the candidates to choose No when the school offers flexible dates or when the schools are offering to carry out the DBS check.

Changes proposed in this pull request

Update the DBS checker to:

  1. check if the school offers to carry out the DBS check
  2. check against the school experience_type attribute when the school offers flexible dates
