Context

We want to separate the questions in the Outline experience and teacher training form to be simpler and then update the content for the Experience details question to be more helpful.

Changes proposed in this pull request

• Separate the experience details and teacher training details to two different questions.
• Display the experience details first and then the teacher training details
• Rename the teacher training db columns
• Update the content in the experience details form
