Renames the project and npm package to deepseek-harness-openai-oauth.

Install or update with one command:

npx -y deepseek-harness-openai-oauth install

This release migrates existing dsh-llm-codex-app-server profile registrations, adds matching one-command uninstall support, and rewrites the English and Chinese setup guides.
