Soccer: speak colon as "zu"

When hearing the results of soccer matches, the user wants to hear "3 zu 2",

• Adding "Endstand", "aktueller Spielstand".
• Adding "Tore" if it is a table.
  Currently it is just speaking "3 2".

• should work on sports page if applicable (score games like handball, but not athletics)

add "or" condition:

• add a boolean state value set to false at the beginning
• loop through lines. when mentioning "Fußball" or "Handball" (or applicable) switch that bool state
• if that boolean is true, replace : by "zu".
