Say, paragraph that contains "tooth", but not "bluetooth", or that a paragraph contains "teeth" but neither "paste" nor "dentist", that is, "teeth" of a gear, etc.

This way, filtering results by context/meaning. Consider a collection of summaries of various books, music, etc. So combining terms by „and“ filters out summaries of books that only contain one of these search terms, such as, a name and a city.
