nod to #134 (which will be merged, but soon replaced by reprocessed data (likely just differently timestamped) to keep the established routine of src, then data this also entails a regrouping of the pipeline in run.xsl; this was needed in order avoid losing <note> elements in step3 the effect was quite puzzling since the notes were part of the output of step 2 and the transformation applied during step 3 should just shallow copy them, yet they were lost in the XML output of step 3 the transform-based pipeline was likely too brittle to handle the repositioned notes (done in step 2) over in the input tree of step 3 remedy: change order of step 2 and step 3, i.e. insert 'lib' before repositioning notes
