- new reference page for the getCardHeight callback used by lazy rendering to estimate card heights when cardHeight is not set
- cardHeight, renderType, scrollType notes extended with a fallback paragraph that points to getCardHeight for custom cardTemplate
- properties_overview index and sidebars.js updated with the new entry
- configuration guide: rendering section mentions the approximation fallback and the custom getCardHeight hook
