User Manual Register Page

Register page is only accessible from log in page. Once you navigate to the register page, it will look like this:

• In order to create an account, you have to enter your full name, email address and choose a password. You will input these information to the respective text fields from below.

• Once you entered the necessary information, you will have to choose a user type. If you want to register as a staff, you will have to tick the box on the left and if you want to register as a patient, you will need to tick the box on the right. You have to choose a user type when registering. You are not allowed to tick both of the boxes since our system does not allow a user with 2 user types, and you have to choose one.

• When you fill in the necessary information, you can click on "create account" button in order to complete the registration. Clicking on this button will create the account and direct you to the respective page depending on your user type.

• Lastly, if you already have an account and you want to go back to the log in page, you can use the "login" button which will navigate you back to the log in page.
