- REFACTOR: Removed Rule/PulseTime based hardware timer logic from TasmotaBackend.
  Backlog commands were unreliable and often aborted by Tasmota during
  concurrent state polling from N.I.N.A.
- FEAT: Added JSON response parsing to ExecuteCommandAsync. The driver now
  detects when Tasmota returns "Command":"Unknown" or "Error" (even with
  HTTP 200 OK), triggering a retry via SmartSwitchHttpClient.
- FIX: Addressed "Ghost Switching" (EMI) on Sonoff Basic R4/Mini R4.
- DOCS: Added Tasmota-specific troubleshooting to Providers/Tasmota/README.md.
- DOCS: Provided a "clean" Tasmota template for Sonoff R4 to disable
  interference-sensitive physical switch pins.
- DOCS: Added cleanup instructions (RuleX "", PulseTimeX 0) to clear legacy
  settings and ensure reliable switching.
