Release notes

• NAM and IR can now be bypassed/engaged by clicking on their relative icon.

• Added automatic bypass/engage logic for the IR based on gear type:
  It is automatically bypassed when selecting a .nam file with gear_type metadata being amp_cab, amp_pedal_cab, pedal, preamp or studio.
  It's automatically engaged when gear_type is amp or pedal_amp.

• Added 'Auto' option to the Output mode, this automatically sets the output mode to Calibrated when gear_type is pedal or preamp, and set to Normalized for all other possible types.

• The last used Input calibration value is now stored and recalled whenever a new instance of the plugin/standalone is opened.

• Fixed tuner not responding to low level signals.
