First official release

This software, published by the German Aerospace Center (DLR), is released as part of the Catena-X Automotive Network project which was sponsored by the German Federal Ministry of Economics Affairs and Climate Action.

This release provides a small client base package including client server communication helpers. This package should simplify the Federated Learning platform client development in Python.
