DeepSeek V4 API update

This release updates the MCP server for the current DeepSeek V4 API surface.

Changed

• Defaults chat to deepseek-v4-flash and FIM completion to deepseek-v4-pro.
• Removes model fallback/substitution behavior.
• Removes the old V4 monitor/cron path and speculative image/video/upload tools.
• Updates docs, registry metadata, Smithery config, env examples, and live smoke coverage.
• Updates runtime dependencies, including @modelcontextprotocol/sdk to ^1.29.0.
