Repeatable Visual C++ Visual Studio 2017 installing

I installed Simple DNSCrypt 0.6.1
Set it up.
Launch it again.
And I see that Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2017 installing again!
But I already have Visual C++ Visual Studio 2017 on my computer even before Simple DNSCrypt installation, and even the same LAST version!
How to stop this bad cycle?

@ballios seems the registry path changed ... i will check this as soon as possible.
