I need an ISIS3 application that allows changing the bit type of an ISIS cube and functions like the isis2std application. So when you create a DN value that is outside the valid range the values are stretched to the lowest represented value rather then clipped and set to a no data value.

This application is required by the processing on the web project.

Conversations with Annie have resulted in an additional fiction for this application. The addition would be a parameter or check box that if selected would set the core base and multiplier to 0 and 1 so the user would see the true non-scaled 8 or 16 bit vales when viewing the cube. Please see me if further clarification is needed.

IMPACT
This is a new program in ISIS it should not impact other programs. The overall impact should be to make it easier to convert from one bit type to another.
