Goal:
Define the visual budget that keeps the Anime-Ready Semi-Real direction scalable to a future Web demo and possible mobile lane.

Acceptance criteria:

  • Budget table covers triangle count, material slots, texture size, shadows, lights, NPC count, VFX, post-processing, and target FPS.
  • Distinguishes PC native alpha, Web demo, and mobile candidate settings.
  • Identifies which art features are allowed only in PC alpha.
  • Links risks back to issue Create WebGL demo build lane for external playtesters #151.
