Ability to delete entries within the workforce tab

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
Right now stuff within the workforce tab cant be manually deleted from the UI. For example if I want to delete a time off, leave type, timesheet period etc.

Adding a delete function to the listed types above.
