Hi Everyone and welcome to Duduzile Ratombo's GitHub!
I'm a final year Computer Science and Information Technology student at UKZN and I genuinely believe that tech doesn't replace what you love, it makes it better.
I mix my curiosity for technology with everything I do. Whether it's using data to tell better stories, building systems that solve real problems or exploring how AI can enhance the way we work and connect, I'm always looking for ways to bring tech into spaces people wouldn't expect it.
AI and ML is a space I've recently fallen into and I'm hooked. I'm currently interning at Codveda Technologies as an ML Intern, getting hands on with real machine learning projects while figuring out exactly how I want to use these tools to make an impact.
Outside of that I serve as Marketing Director for the UKZN Tech Society, I tutor through the SAORA programme at Roedean School and I've been selected as part of the organising committee for IndabaX at UKZN Westville Campus, an AI and ML community event dedicated to growing the field across Africa.
I'm an all rounder with a lot of interests but one clear mission. Show the people around me that tech is not something to be intimidated by. It's a tool that enhances everything you already are.
