Added QR Reader, added a credit to README Fixed an issue with ..apps\ not loading alertify. Changed EasyLogin pages to show $project name instead of DS Software ULS.

Added a url validation (checking hostnames). Now it uses ONLY environment camera, it's not a preferred option but a requirement.

Added Alertify JS as a credit
Removed unnecessary tabs.
I'd recommend to use default (spam.ds-software.xyz) provider, but you could use https://disposable.debounce.io/?email= as well. Fixed some branding in emails.
