UX improvement: add scroll to the filters bar

Describe the bug

The filters bar (On homepage and Search page) currently causes the whole page to scroll, which feels awkward and annoying for users. Instead of moving the entire page, the filters section should support its own scroll behavior.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open the page
2. Interact with the filters area by scrolling/swiping.

Expected behavior

The filters bar should scroll independently, allowing the user to browse filter options without moving the whole page.
