Active state indicator and keyboard navigation selecting a collection in Admin Search → Move Item

Describe the bug

In Admin Search → Move Item, there is currently no clear visual indication that a collection has been selected. This makes it difficult for users to understand which collection is active and can lead to confusion during the move flow.

In addition, Keyboard navigation of this selection also seemed to be fully broken on Safari; partially broken on Chrome.

Observed on both Sandbox (10.0) and Demo (9.x)

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open Admin Search.
2. Select Move Item.
3. Choose a collection.
4. Observe the selected state.

Expected behavior

The selected collection should have a visible active state, so the user can clearly see which collection has been chosen.
