Fix personal workflow

Theres a free issue so I might as well use it.

I've developed a new project board. The workflow ui is horrible so ill just write down what i want to happen

• Any time a new issue or pr is made, with me as an assigned, it should be added
• issues by default should be in the backlog
• PRs should go straight to in progress because obviously
• An issue with a PR should be automatically moved to inprogress
• A PR with me being assigned and a reviewer having been assigned should go to waiting for review
• A PR where changes are requested etc should go to in review
• The issues should move with the above two points
• PRs being done should go to done, issues should go along

The github workflows in the project is so bad. You cant really do anything with it.

To get all the things mentioned asbove done and done well there really should be a script using the API and having it run on a cron job. Thats a bit much for this I thikn so we will leave it for now..
