Applies updates that try to fix disabled_output_test, insufficient_disk_space_test, and large_trigger_record_test.
insufficient_disk_space_test still requires root setup, and I was unable to get large_trigger_record_test to pass on my laptop VM (though indications were that this was mostly a performance-limited issue).
