[BUG] Wrong tag for Farmer's Delight knife compatibility on fabric

Describe the bug
The tag used for knife compatibility with Farmer's Delight of fabric is #farmersdelight:tools/knives, but Farmer's Delight (Refabricated) now uses #c:tools/knife for cutting board recipes , meaning multitools won't work as knives in the cutting board

To Reproduce
Install both Spectrum and Farmer's Delight on frabric

Expected behavior
Also use the #c:tools/knife for compatibility on fabric

1.21.1 - fabric

1.9.5 - fabric

Don't remove the #farmersdelight:tools/knives, just add the #c:tools/knife and done! i'm just too lazy to set up everything i need to make a pull request but it is a easy fix.
