[BUG] Floatstone can be duped with piston

Describe the bug
Floatstone can be duplicated with a sticky piston by repeated pulling against their falling direction

To Reproduce

1. Place sticky piston facing down.
2. Leave one air block below.
3. Place Stratine Floatblock below air.
4. Spam power the piston.

Expected behavior
No dupling
