Add way of listing installed DarkRift versions

Currently you cannot see what DarkRift versions are available and installed. It would be good to be able to list those in the installation directory.

Potential options are:
```
darkrift version --list
darkrift pull --list
darkrift --list
```

I'm currently leaning toward `darkrift pull --list` as that's currently where installation managemnt seems to be accumulating.
