    The App is intended solely for individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. By downloading,
    installing, or using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

  <p><strong>The App does not collect any data.</strong></p>

    <li>No account registration is required or available.</li>
    <li>No usernames, passwords, email addresses, phone numbers, or other identifiers are requested or processed.</li>

    <li>The App does not access contacts, photos, microphone, camera, location services, or device identifiers.</li>

    These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the <strong>Couples Night</strong> mobile
    application (the “App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
    If you do not agree, do not use the App.

  <h3>1. Eligibility</h3>
  <p>
    You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant
    that you meet this requirement.

  <h3>2. License Grant</h3>

    Subject to these Terms, BarnElks grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable
    license to download and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple-branded devices that you
    own or control, in accordance with Apple’s App Store terms.

  <h3>3. Acceptable Use</h3>
  <p>You agree not to:</p>

    <li>Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.</li>
    <li>Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App.</li>
    <li>Circumvent or interfere with the App’s security or operational integrity.</li>
    <li>Use the App in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.</li>

  <h3>4. Content and Disclaimer</h3>

    The App is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. The App does not provide professional,

    or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, BarnElks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental,

    any reason, including violation of these Terms.

    <strong>State of Texas</strong>, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

    These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes
    acceptance of the revised Terms.
