NUT and Target Management

• #147 Raspberry Pi 3 support: added a 32-bit ARMv7 image tag; Pi 3 requires a 32-bit OS.
• #151 Target editing: fixed null nominal-power handling and editor-local feedback.
• #152 Polling frequency: metadata/polling saves no longer require a connection test unless identity or connection fields changed.
• #157 SNMPv3: added complete SNMPv3 security fields, explicit UPS endpoint validation, and correct Linux/macOS NUT path selection.

Notifications and Automation

• #129 Missing TopBar/notification metrics: added target-aware notification metrics, separate Input/Output values, strict proxy-origin configuration, and authenticated HTTP fallback.
• #132 Mail routing: fixed target-aware Event Matrix rows, MIME structure, encoding, and event subjects.
• #135 Password recovery: added rate-limited administrator recovery using the persistent runtime secret.
• #136 Webhook configuration: Event Matrix is now the only webhook routing source.

Deployment and UI

• #149 logging label: renamed the user-facing option to HTTP Access Logs.
• #156 secure Compose default: removed privileged mode, broad device mounts/rules, and dangerous capabilities from default deployment. Direct serial access uses the optional docker-compose.hardware.yaml override and is independent from Single/Multi monitoring profile selection.
