This pull request adds a draggable vertical divider to the
ConfigureToolModalcomponent, allowing users to resize the top and bottom sections of the modal for improved usability. The implementation uses React hooks and browser events to handle the resizing logic and updates the layout accordingly.Resizable modal layout:
