Zonder expliciete schema->model() + schema->record() valt saade's
getCachedExistingRecords() terug op app(Model::class) (vers Menu zonder
id) waardoor het relationship-query leeg is. mountUsing zet beide
setters voor het schema->fill() de state hydrateert.
