I'm getting the following error when trying to use the plugin:

 [WARNING]: Failure when attempting to use callback plugin (</opt/ubik/playbooks/callback_plugins/datadog_callback.CallbackModule object at 0x7efd6cc80c90>):
'module_name'

Searching the issues, I've someone with a similar case: #13 (comment)

Using Ansible v2.0
