Motivation

The @datadog/browser-rum-nextjs package was recently introduced in the v6. This PR aligns the package with the v7 alpha release.

Changes

Bump @datadog/browser-rum-nextjs version and its internal dependencies from 6.30.1 to 7.0.0-alpha.0.

Test instructions

Verify the next test app builds and resolves the correct dependency versions.
