✅ remove unit tests spam

Motivation

A couple of messages are showing up when running the unit tests suite.
This PR superseds #4360

Changes

• Always clean the 'resourcetimingbufferfull' event between tests
• Ignore a console.error shown by angular

Test instructions

Unit tests should not print unexpected messages anymore
