What this removes

• .github/workflows/shadow-review.yml

Manual cleanup still needed after merge

• Delete repo-level Actions variable SHADOW_FORK
• Delete repo secrets used only by this workflow: SHADOW_FORK_TOKEN, SOURCE_REPO_TOKEN, ANTHROPIC_API_KEY (leave in place if shared with other workflows)
• Delete or archive the shadow fork at allspain/browser-sdk-shadow-reviews
