chore: remove all ddtrace ci viz paths from layer

What does this PR do?

We seem to remove some parts of ci visiiblity product, but not all the parts of it.

This should help reduce layer size.

Motivation

Layer size 🔥 🔥 🔥

Baseline:

Layer file .layers/datadog_lambda_py-amd64-3.14.zip has zipped size 9273 kb

With this change:

Layer file .layers/datadog_lambda_py-amd64-3.14.zip has zipped size 8975 kb
