Download latest Oracle JDK8 binaries.

Test dd-trace-java on latest version of Oracle JDK8.

I would test this in dd-trace-java by creating a PR that changes the build image prefix to the image prefix that corresponds to this PR. Then confirm that everything in dd-trace-java still builds / runs as expected. 🙂

The image prefix for this PR should show up as 123_merge- after the CI Build job succeeds here: https://github.com/DataDog/dd-trace-java-docker-build/pkgs/container/dd-trace-java-docker-build/versions?filters%5Bversion_type%5D=tagged).

Build with updated docker image and ALL JDKs passed

Once this PR would be merged I will update dd-trace-java with correct version.
