What does this PR do? What is the motivation?

Merge instructions

Adds the same missing shortcode and text to 18 OP setup pages. Just checking one preview should be good enough.

Merge readiness:

  • Ready for merge

Merge queue is enabled in this repo. To have it automatically merged after it receives the required reviews, create the PR (from a branch that follows the <yourname>/description naming convention) and then add the following PR comment:

The link to the Azure integration is currently broken in the shortcode. I've opened a PR to update:
#28123
