What does this PR do? What is the motivation?
This integration has been deprecated in favor of the Gatekeeper integration for Open Policy Agent metrics. I've opened DataDog/integrations-extras#2841 to mark the integration as no longer public, and this PR adds an alias to redirect from the old URL to the landing page for integrations, plus removes the generated files in other languages. I will also follow up with the engineering team afterwards to remove the code for the integration.
