What does this PR do? What is the motivation?

Moves containers/csi_driver to containers/kubernetes/csi_driver (a level down in the nav, into the kubernetes section)
Moves containers/monitoring/autoscaling to containers/autoscaling (a level up in the nav)

Merge instructions

Merge readiness:

  • Ready for merge

For Datadog employees:

Your branch name MUST follow the <name>/<description> convention and include the forward slash (/).
