everything else LGTM - just update the minimum required version of the agent to 7.72.2

Can we update the minimum version of the agent from 7.70.1 to 7.72.2 as part of this PR?

What does this PR do? What is the motivation?
Adds instructions to set up GPU monitoring for Docker and non-containerized agents.
