Overview
Monitored subscriptions is expected to be a list of IDs, not sub names.
Testing
Manually tested - the logging validation code was previously throwing the below exception and now it is not.
az_shared.errors.InputParamValidationError: Monitored subscription ID 'log-forwarding-testing' is not a valid Azure subscription ID (must be a valid UUID)
