What does this PR do?
Adds the target name for logs from datadog-serverless-compat. Also removes the target name from logs where it was manually added.
Motivation
Logs can be from any number of crates - dogstatsd, datadog-trace-agent, crates in libdatadog, etc. Having the additional context for where a log was generated will make troubleshooting easier.
