Mark to test as missing_feature (incorrect mark before)

Motivation

Those change activated tests for go 2.7.0-dev. An issue in version comparizon makes those activation ineffective, and turns out that those tests are not passing.

• feat(go): Enable flag evaluation metrics E2E tests for Go; fix reason=static #6410 @leoromanovsky tests/ffe/test_flag_eval_metrics.py: v2.7.0-dev
• Enable service override test for go #6488 @amarziali tests/integrations/test_service_overrides.py::Test_SqlServiceNameSource: '>=2.7.0-dev.1'
