[Feature][S3/Resource Configuration] Please support RustFS

Description

RustFS is an open-source, S3-compatible high-performance object storage system supporting migration and coexistence with other S3-compatible platforms such as MinIO and Ceph.

After testing, we found that Dinky versions 1.2.3, 1.2.4, and 1.2.5 do not support RustFS​ (including the latest version 1.0.0-beta3). However, MinIO works perfectly fine. Unfortunately, due to our company's compliance and 'Xinchuang' (IT localization) requirements, we are required to migrate from MinIO to RustFS.
So please support RustFS, thanks!
