The Skill Swap Network is a platform designed to organize the display of skills and application of jobs among Juniors and Seniors in the Computer Programming class. Users create profiles where they list their skills, jobs they are seeking, jobs they currently have (both within the class), and a small description about themselves. Juniors will be able to browse through listings of available jobs, and Seniors will be able to look at Juniors' profiles and determine who would be a good candidate for the job they are currently at. There will be a rating system, exclusive to Seniors, that will be used to rate the Juniors based on their experience with them and how they work in class, and this will help other Seniors pick the best Junior for their job.
