Levels:
1. Wearer wont loose hunger.
Description: Players wearing a restraint with this modifier will never loose hunger.
Levels:
1. Wearer looses hunger even if standing still 2. Each level doubles the speed of hunger loss
Description: While wearing a restraint with this modifier the player will loose hunger even if standing still
Levels:
1. Turns in to survival mode.
2. Turns in to survival mode without ability to go back.
Description: When putting a restraint with this modifier on a player who is currently in creative mode they will be turned in to survival if the restraint has level 2 modifier applied the player wont be able to go back in to creative mode while wearing the restraint
Levels:
1. Jumpsuit/Ankle Monitors can be locked.
Description: Jumpsuits/Ankle Monitors with this modifier can be locked on players using the jumpsuit key right click a player to lock and unlock their jumpsuit, shift + right click to lock and unlock your own jumpsuit. Locked jumpsuits won't drop on death (can be disabled in the config)

1. Glowing
Description: Player wearing a jumpsuit/ankle modifier with this modifier will glow as if they have the glowing effect.

While holding the time lock in your hand use this command to set the time /cuffed plus time_lock set [seconds] [minutes] [hours]
Right click a restraint on a player with the time lock to set the time. While a restraint is time locked it can not be unlocked with its key or lockpicked Neither can it be broken but this can be turned off in the config settings.
You can set the time without using the time lock item by doing /cuffed [Player] time_lock [RestraintType] [seconds] [minutes] [hours] (e.g. "/cuffed DavidInSpace time_lock Arm 0 10 0" would set a time lock on the arm restraint of DavidInSpace for 10 minutes)
