UMAF BIOS Keeps restarting seconds into booting it

So I am having an issue when I boot into the UNAF BIOS, a few seconds later my computer would randomly restart, this always happens when I boot into the BIOS. I have turned off secure boot and it still wont help because it's still happening. I have a Alienware M17 R5 with a Ryzen 9 6900hx. Can anyone help me find out why this is happening and how to fix it? Because I really need to overclock my 16GB DDR5 RAM that is stuck at a slow 4800 MT/s
