In the current state I would not consider esphome-matter "stable" or "releasable" yet.

The following features and bugfixes are requires before this goal is met;

Essential:

• Generate partition with esp-matter-mfg-tool (Support custom DAC beyond the built-in test provider #5)
• Allow user to send arbitrary commands (Add more commands to send to bound nodes #42 via matter._send_command)
• Allow user to update arbitrary attribute values
• Add "on attribute value update" trigger to endpoints. This way a user can define custom behaviour beyond just attaching a sensor or light to an endpoint.
• Make binding more stable ([BINDING]: CASE session fails on startup #31, [BINDING]: implement command queue #32)

Nice to have:

• Use values with units like "10s" or "25%" (Support units in action fields #45)
• Allow user to create arbitrary endpoint device types? Not strictly needed, but would make it possible for a user to implement device types that are not yet supported by esphome-matter.
• Support esp-idf toolchain (Support native ESP-IDF toolchain #21)
