  • vectorcode files ls command lists all files in a collection;
  • vectorcode files rm command (followed by file paths) removes embeddings for files from a collection.
  • after rm, remove the collection if it's empty
  • add the files subcommand to the LSP server
  • create codecompanion tools for files_ls and files_rm

Looks really good, thank you for the changes. Would it be helpful to also have this as a codecompanion tool, so we can list out the files directly in the chat buffer?

Yes I'll do it, but for a slightly different reason: I want to be able to remove files from the database from within the chat. I'll need to also update the LSP server before adding the new tools.
