Crash on first load & unable to use "Scan MS for Media" function

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run LightMp3
2. Crash (Crash Log)
3. Run LightMp3
5. Enter "Media Library"
6. "Scan MS for Media" by pressing "O", "X" do not work
7. Press "X" to start as instructed
8. Nothing happen
9. Press "O" to exit
10. "Scan MS for Media" prompted again
11. Hold "O" and press "Up" to fully exit "Scan MS for Media" prompt
12. Enter "Media Library"
13. "Browse All" by pressing "X"
13. Nothing there

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
5.00 m33-6

Please provide any additional information below.
After deleting ".db" file in LightMp3 folder, LightMp3 will crash when run. 
Only have 1 mp3 file.

"X" and "O" confirmation and cancel seem mixed up at different functions
